公司设立合规咨询和举报电话、电子信箱接受合规举报和咨询。任何公司员工、商业伙伴、第三方，以及任何外部个人或单位都可以通过口头或电子邮件等途径，实名或匿名反映本公司各部门、各分公司、下属公司及员工可能存在的不当行为，并且就日常经营管理过程中的合规问题寻求咨询和建议。公司将根据举报线索进行认真调查，对于查证属实的违规情形，将按照规定追究违规行为人的责任，并向举报人反馈调查处理结果。公司将对举报人进行充分保护，禁止对善意举报人进行任何形式的打击报复。

The Company sets up a consulting & reporting hotline and Email box to accept compliance consultings and reportings. All employees, business partners, third parties, and any individuals or entities may report the possible misconduct of the Company's departments, branches, controlling affiliates, and employees, and seek compliance guidance and advice on compliance issues during the Company's daily operation and management, verbally or via e-mail, in real name or anonymously. The Company will seriously investigate into the reported affairs, and once proven to be true, hold the violators liable for their misconducts pursuant to the Company's policies and procedures, and provide feedback on the investigation results to whistleblowers. The Company will fully protect whistleblowers and prohibit retaliation in any form against good faith whistleblowers.
