Li Qiang, the governor went to QinCun reservoir in XinChang County for inspection

       From March 31 to April 1, the Governor Li Qiangand his entourage investigated industrial economyin Xinchang County, Shengzhoucity. During which Li Qiang also inspected theimplementation of  constructionofQinCunreservoirin Xinchang county.He stressed that the QinCunreservoir project is an important project of water resources allocation and flood control of Cao'E River in the east of ZheJiang Province.The project shall be carried out with high quality control and completed within time.
